Hike Directions

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Afternoon: Arrive at Kalahari Goerapan, check-in, and relax.
Evening: Meet for a welcome drink and dinner.

Day 2: Salt Pans and Red Dunes

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and hike over salt pans and red sand dunes.
Afternoon: Check out and drive to Molopo Lodge. Check in and enjoy sundowners on a sand dune.
Evening: Dinner at Molopo Lodge.

Day 3: Camel Milking and Lost City

Morning: Breakfast, check out, and drive to Koppieskraal. Experience camel milking and a hike through the Lost City.
Afternoon: Packed lunch at Koppieskraal farmhouse. Drive to Dreghorn Game Reserve, check in, and swim.
Evening: Dinner at Dreghorn Game Reserve.

Day 4: San Guided Hike and Game Drive

Morning: Breakfast and a guided hike with a Komani San. Learn about the local history and wildlife.
Afternoon: Lunch at Ant Koeras, a Komani San kitchen. Relax or enjoy the swimming pool.
Evening: Game drive and sundowners on the dunes. Dinner.

Day 5: Meerkat Encounter and Kgalagadi Lodge

Morning: Breakfast and a meerkat encounter. Hike on Kalahari trails and learn to "read the newspaper" by looking at animal tracks.
Afternoon: Drive to Kgalagadi Lodge, enjoy lunch and swimming.
Evening: Sunset game drive with snacks and drinks. Dinner.

Day 6: Sunrise Hike and Departure

Morning: Enjoy a sunrise hike and breakfast.
Late Morning: Check out and depart, or book an extra night at Kgalagadi Lodge.
