Bokong Nature Reserve

Bokong Nature Reserve lies beside the A25 near the summit of Mafika-Lisiu Pass, between Leribe and Katse Dam. Ranging from roughly 2,800 to 3,200 metres above sea level, it is a small but dramatic Afro-alpine reserve of boulder-strewn grassland, wetlands, heath and cliff-edge views across the Lepaqoa River valley.
