Tatasberg Wilderness Camp in the Richtersveld Transfrontier Park offers a picturesque setting overlooking the Orange River. The camp's rustic reed cabins, each with a unique design, blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings.
The cabins provide comfortable accommodation with a bedroom, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a solar-powered fridge, gas stove, and essential utensils. While the cabins have a solar-powered lighting system, paraffin lanterns are available as a backup. Outside, each cabin boasts a private patio with a table, chairs, and braai facilities.
Important Note: Please be aware that the water at Tatasberg has a high mineral content and is not suitable for drinking. Guests should bring their own drinking water and firewood. A 4x4 vehicle with high clearance is necessary for accessing the camp.
