A Tranquil Tsitsikamma Escape
Located within the De Vasselot Nature Reserve on the banks of the Groot River, the SANParks Natures Valley Rest Camp offers a serene retreat in the Tsitsikamma section of the Garden Route National Park. Situated approximately 30 kilometers from Plettenberg Bay and 40 kilometers from Storms River Rest Camp, this camp is a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.
Accommodation Options

- Forest Huts: Ten huts, each equipped with two single beds and standard electrical outlets, are available. Guests have access to a shared, well-equipped communal kitchen and ablution facilities. Each hut includes its own braai area.
- Semi-Detached Chalets: Two chalets, each accommodating three guests, offer private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and living areas.
- Campsites: Sixty-five campsites, nestled within indigenous forests, provide shaded and sheltered spaces for camping enthusiasts.
