Kei View offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a four-bedroom house, perfectly situated on a hill overlooking the scenic Great Kei River.
Scenic Views and River Activities:
Guests can enjoy captivating views of the river, including the iconic "pont" ferry that transports vehicles, horses, and people across the Great Kei River to the Transkei. Relax on the deck and watch the ferry crossings, as well as deep-sea boats launching and heading out to sea.
Accommodation:
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms within the main structure. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, and the third bedroom contains two single beds. A fourth bedroom, an adjoining outside room, features a queen-size bed, a bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Both bath and shower facilities are available. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
Living Area and Kitchen:
The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and microwave. The open-plan living area includes a dining table and chairs, and a lounge with a TV. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card for DStv access. For added convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine and tumble-dryer. Portable braai facilities are also available.
Outdoor Space and Parking:
The front garden is spacious and unfenced. A garage is provided for parking.
