Just meters from the sea, this property offers a variety of scenic spots to enjoy, including a beautiful tidal pool and stream below the house, and a short walk to a stunning tidal estuary—perfect for the whole family.
Accommodation:
This spacious home comfortably accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, the second a queen-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a double bed. Two bathrooms are fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the other two have showers only. Linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are all provided.
Facilities:
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, ice machine, cutlery, crockery, two bar fridges, a side-by-side fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. The combined lounge and dining area offers comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and meals. Entertainment options include a TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A washing machine is also available in a separate laundry room.
Outdoor Features:
Guests can enjoy a spacious wooden deck with outdoor seating, leading to a generous, fully indigenous, and fenced garden teeming with birdlife. The covered patio area features a table seating ten, a built-in braai and pizza oven, and a Weber and Green Egg. An outdoor fire pit with seating provides a magical setting for evenings under the stars. Undercover parking is available for two vehicles, with additional garden parking for two more. A high-clearance vehicle is recommended for the final section of the property access road.

Safe and scenic walks lead to Double Mouth, Morgan Bay, Haga Haga, or Pullins Bay. Inland paths may reveal zebra, blesbok, impala, bushbuck, or warthogs. Birding is exceptional, with over 280 species, including the Narina Trogon and Mangrove Kingfisher. The area is renowned for rock and surf fishing. Enjoy sundowners above Black Rock, picnic under milkwood trees, or go mountain biking on the gravel roads. Being immersed in nature brings its own surprises, so be prepared for the unexpected!

The accommodation is off-grid, with a solar system ensuring uninterrupted power. The house is serviced daily by two staff members (paid by the owners): a housekeeper and a groundskeeper, further enhancing the relaxation of your holiday.
