Albufeira Camp, a popular choice for travelers in transit, is conveniently located at Massingir Gate, near the dam wall. The camp offers eleven chalets: four two-bed wooden chalets, one four-bed chalet, and six two-bed reed chalets. Each chalet features an en-suite bathroom, an open-plan kitchenette, and a covered deck. Amenities include electricity, a refrigerator, a fan, mosquito nets, and a skottelbraai outside. The kitchenettes are fully equipped with linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and a small two-plate stove.
In addition to the chalets, Albufeira Camp provides eight campsites, each with a skottelbraai. Campers share communal kitchen and ablution facilities.
Guests can obtain permits for boating and fishing on Massingir Dam through the Park Tourism Facilities manager.
